Max Somerset A brief overview of Max Somerset The Rock Illusion Show
Amongst other things Max Somerset is the star of BBC's popular The Sorcerer's Apprentice. In fact he IS the Sorcerer himself, but this is just one of the strings to his bow.

He also stars in his own hit Sky One Prime time series and other t.v. Magic shows such as UnderCover Magic from the makers of Derren Brown.

Max can be a force of charm and sophistication to add a touch of class and head scratching mystery to any show

He is best known though as the traditional Mad Cap top hatted and frock coated eccentric whose magic and mentalism border on the fine line of genius and madness.

His career began at a tender age when he saw Paul Daniels push four coins through a table and realised that magic was a career that he  was destined to follow.

His uncle bought him a Hammond organ at the age of 11 thus igniting a passion for Jazz and bebop ( in particular Jimmy Smiths 'smokin' Hammond B3) until eventually he studied music at Trinity College London and the magic took a back seat for a while until he graduated.

Leaving TCM he embarked on a career teaching music while performing Magic in clubs in and around london. Max has since been catapulted into national and international performance status, presti-digitating under the noses of countless celebrities (aren't they the lucky ones) at weddings, after show parties and even Barmitzvahs, as well as performing in front of crowds of 3000 people at Wembley Conference Centre or in Stockholm Sweden.

He also performs annually at the Abracadabra Anniversary in Antigua.

His inimitable style is always guaranteed to twist your brain into knots and bring a cheeky smile to your face.

James Biss is one of Canada's top entertainers and he performs a very unique style of Mental Magic.

He strives to make performances very interactive so that the largest number of people become involved and enjoy themselves.

It's a lot of fun and kind of mind-blowing at the same time... The result is that everyone is guaranteed to have a great time and feel terrific about themselves, each other and their "Extra-Sensory Possibilities". That's what corporations as diverse as TD Waterhouse, Pfiser, Johnson & Johnson, Chapters, United Van Lines, Union Gas and the CBC, as well as associations like the Canadian Jewellers Association and Canadian Association of Logistics Management have enthusiastically reported!

Piff the Magic DragonPiff the Magic Dragon
Lived by the sea
But there wasn't much work there
(unless you like donkeys)
So he moved to London
To become a famous magician
(and kidnapping princesses)

Michael Pearse Michael Pearse has one of the greatest Comedy Juggling acts you are ever like to see.

Michael doesn't limit himself to juggling with balls and clubs. Oh no. Michael will juggle with almost anything at hand, and throughout the whole process you won't just be dazzled with his juggling skills you will also be trying to stop your sides from splitting due to his equally dazzling wit.

The jokes are non stop, so you will find you miss two or three jokes just because you are laughing so much.
Michael J. Scott is a young, versatile, and sophisticated Magician with a modern Professional approach to his art. Whilst working at high speed in cabaret, doves appear from thin air as he performs magic with fire, and smoke, in a spectacular fashion.

He can perform large illusions which are rarely seen other than in Las Vegas shows. Scott is a master of sleight of hand and performs incredible close up magic right under your nose!

Scott was voted Young Magician of the Year, and was quickly promoted to a member of the Inner Magic Circle (with a Gold Star). He was also awarded British Magical Champion of General Magic. Plus, the coveted Ditta Challenge Shield at The International Brotherhood of Magicians convention. He has also been a consultant on many films.

Prepare to be amazed.

Ashley and Wilma Ashley and Wilma will be performing some real off the wall comedy magic.

There's not much more I can say really except there will be some serious comedy.

Richard Whymark Richard Whymark will be compering the Evening Show. Richard is one of East Anglia's funniest comedians who has performed his zany act at venues all over the U.K.
